Sharp Properties & Development

Chuck and Laneya Sharp founded Sharp Properties & Development in 1993.

Chuck, the company’s President, has worked in real estate for over 20 years and served as Vice President and Director of Sales with Cooper Communities, Inc. prior to starting this business. He is a Director for Pinnacle Bank and formerly served on the boards of CooperShare, Inc. and First Western Bank. His hobbies include hunting, fishing, trap shooting, and travel. He is a 1974 graduate of Northeastern State University in Tahlequah, OK.

Laneya serves as the company’s Chief Operating Officer. She previously worked in the Automotive Division at JB Hunt Transport, Inc. for 10 years. Her hobbies include gardening and spending time with grandchildren.
 

Cali Sharp joined Sharp Properties in November of 2014 after graduating from the University of Arkansas with a degree in International Business and having previously working 6 years with Arvest Mortgage Company. She handles the day-to-day tasks of running the office, including scheduling maintenance work and clerical duties.

A native of Bentonville, Arkansas, she enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, spending time outside and crafting.
